Patty Floersheimer made custom clothing most of her life, while Trudi Wagner left her life on Wall Street behind in 2007 to move to Charleston in 2009. When they met in 2007, their shared love of food and wine led them to planning wine tasting events and prepping sit-downs for 40. They learned cheese basics in a tiny family-owned shop in New Jersey then took that to a whole other level at their little shop on Church Street, which they opened in 2011!
