We love a good excuse to party, especially when it means Nick will cook us dinner. With Patty and the shop’s birthday in the same week this April, we had no choice but to get together and
celebrate. Nick paired up with the talented Allegra of McCarus Beverage
Co., to prepare an extraordinary meal (see that salt-baked red snapper? ’nuff said).
You could call it work. We’ve got to get to know our wines, right? Thankfully, it’s a whole lot more than that. If I call it like I see it, I’d say we mostly just enjoy each other’s company.. and cheese..and wine. Thank you for being a part of GSC and bringing us into our 5th year!!
